CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Level 4 Beauty Therapist
We’re currently looking for an experienced Level 4 Beauty Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a non-injectable practitioner role, ideal for someone who is confident in advanced treatments, thrives in a client-facing environment, and is passionate about delivering real skin results.

Patient Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a professional, confident and sales-driven Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is a front-of-house role with a strong focus on patient experience, sales and patient retention.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and luxury environment while supporting the growth of the clinic through skincare sales, treatment rebooking and promotion of our clinic programmes.
This role would suit someone who understands the aesthetics or beauty industry, enjoys building relationships with patients and is confident recommending treatments and skincare solutions.

Level 4 Beauty Therapist

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for guiding patients through their full skin journey, including:

Advanced facials, IPL and microneedling

In-depth skin consultations and treatment planning

Recommending and building skincare routines

Delivering a high-end, personalised patient experience

Supporting clinic performance through treatment and retail sales
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:

Is Level 4 qualified with at least 2 years’ experience

Is confident working independently and managing their own patients

Has a genuine passion for skin health and medical-grade skincare

Is confident in consultations, communication, and upselling

Wants to be part of a team and contribute to a growing business
Working Pattern

Recruitment Process

Face-to-face interview in clinic for practical assessment (facial treatment with our Medical Director, Emma Stitt)
Successful candidates will be offered the role subject to a 3-month probation period.

This is a front-of-house role with a strong focus on patient experience, sales and retention, ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a passion for aesthetics and skincare.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for delivering a warm, welcoming and luxury experience, while also supporting the growth of the clinic through treatment rebooking, skincare sales and promotion of our clinic programmes, including our VIP Membership and Loyalty Scheme.
Working within a small, supportive team, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, with opportunities to contribute ideas, improve performance and grow within the business.
Successful candidates will be offered the role subject to a 3-month probation period.
