Symmetria Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions

  1. Enrolment

    • Customers must be enrolled in the Symmetria Loyalty Scheme to collect and redeem points.

    • Enrollment can be completed in clinic or online.

    • A bonus of 50 points will be awarded upon successful sign-up.

  2. Earning Points

    • For each £1 spent on eligible skincare products (in clinic or online), customers will earn 1 loyalty point.

    • Points are not awarded on treatment purchases, gift cards, or other non-eligible items.

  3. Redeeming Points

    • Points can be redeemed against future purchases of eligible skincare products only.

    • Redemption levels are as follows:

      • 500 points = 15% off eligible products.

      • 1000 points = 25% off eligible products.

    • Points-based discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or during promotional periods.

  4. Exclusions

    • Points are not available on treatment purchases, services, or excluded product ranges as specified by Symmetria.

    • Points cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or applied retrospectively to past purchases.

  5. Validity

    • Symmetria reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the Loyalty Scheme at any time without notice.

    • Points remain the property of Symmetria until redeemed.

  6. General

    • Loyalty Scheme benefits are personal to the enrolled customer and cannot be transferred.

    • Participation in the scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
