Validity - This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from 15/03/2026 and will expire at midnight on 14/03/2027. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued or redeemed under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable - All gift voucher purchases are strictly non-refundable. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, alternative treatments or retail products, either in part or in full.
Non-Transferable - This voucher is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original recipient. It may not be resold or transferred.
Booking Requirement - Advance booking is required and all appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, particularly during peak periods.
Proof of Voucher - The voucher (digital or printed copy) must be presented at the appointment as proof of purchase. Failure to provide the voucher may result in the treatment being declined.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments - Missed or cancelled appointments will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur a £50 late cancellation fee, which will be redeemed against the voucher value. If the full voucher value is used to cover cancellation fees, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
Medical Suitability - All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability. If the recipient is deemed unsuitable for the treatment, Symmetria Clinic reserves the right to offer an alternative treatment of equivalent value. Refunds will not be issued.
